Putting an M&A deal together can be complicated.  There are a lot of pieces that need to be put together. 

We appreciate the value intermediaries bring to a transaction and understand what's important to them.  Carmel Hill will always be responsive in an M&A process.  We'll push a deal forward whenever possible, but we'll also communicate concerns as they arise. Few things are worse than a prolonged "No".

We also know that not all transactions are well suited to a full-blown auction process.  Broken M&A processes, heightened confidentiality concerns or simple aversion to fees can all be reasons owners avoid formal M&A engagements.  In such cases, Carmel Hill is open to paying a fee to a referral source that introduces us to a transaction we close.
